2022 Sweat Smarter Gift Guide
Need some inspo for your annual holiday shopping? Here are some of my favorite ideas of gifts to give and receive this holiday season.
For the person who desires experiences, not things:
US Park Pass - For only $80, gift them free access to all national parks for an entire year. (Bundle it with a packable hammock or a colorful hiking backpack)
Calm App Subscription - I’m on my second year of Calm and adore it. It’s great for daily meditations and the sleep stories are wonderful, especially when traveling.
Fitness Class Packs - Grab them a gift card to their favorite fitness studio. If you’re not sure which ones they’re into these days, give them a Classpass gift card.
Massage Gift Cards - I would never be mad at a gift card for a free massage, facial, or relaxing experience.
For the outdoorsy person:
Something colorful from Cotopaxi
Cozy and warm socks
Hands-free dog leash for long hikes with their favorite friend
For the person who invests in themselves:
Five-Minute Journal - My favorite gift to give (and receive!)
A good book (for fiction, anything by Fredrik Backman or Kristin Hannah; for nonfiction, anything by Yung Pueblo)
For something personalized:
Custom pet portrait (we have one of Ruby and LOVE it)
Custom art that you can watercolor on your own via local artist The Paper Darlings
What’s on my list…
Vuori Joggers - After 2020, I have no shortage of comfy clothes but the softness of these joggers are next level and I can’t stop thinking about them
Heyday Facial Subscription - How luxurious does a monthly facial subscription sound? Swoon.
Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells - Not sure if I can get behind the price tag yet, but these would be so helpful to have to use during my Peloton strength workouts.
