Come Celebrate with Sweat Smarter
My birthday month is here and, friends, it's a big one. I'm turning THIRTY in September and want to celebrate with all of you!
Here's the deal -- I will be hosting a charity spin class on Sunday, September 23rd. The ride will support DC-based organization Bright Beginnings. Bright Beginnings provides education and care to homeless children as well as support to their parents. (Watch this video and feel all of the feels!)

WHEN: Sunday, September 23 at 12:15 pm (Make sure to arrive ~15 minutes early)
WHERE: Cyclebar Falls Church, 301 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA

Cyclebar provides free shoes for all riders but remember to bring socks!
Parking is available in the designated Cyclebar spaces in the Harris Teeter parking lot (if those are full you can also park in the Harris Teeter spaces).
DRINKmaple will be on site to provide samples and bottles of their drinks that have electrolytes and half the sugar of coconut water! (Bubbly and birthday treats will be served as well!)
