Join me, Christian from SweaterSipper, as I host Movers and Makers at Femme Fatale DC! We will be led through an INFIT360 sculpt class, at Femme Fatale DC, a female-owned pop-up shop, which sells goods from female makers.

Austin, lead instructor of INFIT360, will lead the sculpt class, a high-intensity/low-impact workout, using low weights while executing high-rep toning movements, choreographed to a beat. The class will be catered to all fitness levels.

Please bring a yoga mat. Hand and ankle weights will be provided.
