Join Mind Your Body Oasis at the Fountain park in Crystal City for a FREE 60 min Flow Yoga class. Beginner/All Levels Flow Yoga Class. These classes are every Sunday night June 2nd through August 25th. Bring a friend! We have extra mats if you are in need.
