Celebrate National Girls And Women in Sports Day with Athleta & Title Boxing Club!
Bring your mom, daughter, sister and girlfriends for 60 minutes of high intensity interval training, led by a talented and experienced trainer. The class will include 15 minutes of cardio warm-up, followed by eight 3-minute rounds of boxing on an 100-lb heavy bag with 60 second active rest between rounds. We’ll then end with 15 minutes of core exercises to really tighten and strengthen that core.
Don’t worry if you’ve never boxed before.
We will be there every step of the way, wrapping your hands before class and showing you how to properly throw the six foundational punches.
