This Pilates inspired class is focused on toning and sculpting the body while firing up your glutes. Strength training, lengthening and finding a deep core connection while breaking a sweat is the goal.

The MOVEMENT is created with a playlist that inspires body and mind connection. Warm-UP: Set your intention. Breath it all in. WERK: Pop-it, bend it, stretch it, push it. COOL-DOWN : BREATH IN. BE PRESENT. shake it off.
