May 17 – The High Intensity Boot Camp or H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) is a combination short burst exercises lasting anywhere between 30-60 seconds while allowing minimal rest periods.
All levels are welcome as we welcome spring with free classes at Freedom Plaza. Class starts at 5:30pm. All attendees should bring their own bottle of water. Come dressed for the weather!Free giveaways while supplies last!
