Join Team OV as we learn how to improve our jogging technique! We will start the evening with a dynamic warm-up before our 2.5 mile jog around the neighborhood - all levels welcome! After we finish, our coaches will lead us in a cool-down stretch and provide personalized tips for long distance running during a Q&A session.
